I love Chinese seaweed. I find it very difficult if I go for a Chinese meal not to... Not just to get too excited and have so many of the things at the beginning. But the best bit, and there's never enough because it's just such tiny little flakes, is the seaweed. This week I had a Chinese takeaway but I ordered seaweed - probably for the first time.
