Family Court Reform - You Can't Appeal Temporary Orders

Jeff Sessions: Too many conservatives are losers. They conserved the last liberal victory and I heard someone say that the promise of Americans, conservative Americans, is they're grill Americans. But that's not the way leftists are. They have no desire or willingness to leave anyone alone. So there's a couple of things that I had a platform on family court reform. And the first thing was in Texas, this is going to shock you, temporary orders are not appealable in Texas in family court. We have a special statute that the family lawyers did. You can't appeal temporary orders. It's crazy.
