The Voice of Rolling Thunder

Rolling Thunder's first encounter with a Western physician happened at Mickey Hart's ranch. Dr. Irving Oil wanted to meet Rolling Thunder, who was skeptical about meeting him. A patient comes to Rolling Thunder and he does a ritual, maybe some drumming, maybe some praying, maybe some smudging. He gives them some herbs with directions on how to take the herbs, and they usually get well. But what really helps them get well is whether they really believe in what they're taking and have faith in their person that's doctoring them.
