The Old Testament Maps the Holy and the Profane

Everything is either holy or profane. An holy just means set apart, set apart, in this instance, and in relation to israel's religion, or cultic systems, it's for special use. In profane is thing else, and it's not bad, right? That rigt point. Profane's not bad. It's just like plain ordinary. Now? Exactly right. Why? Well, let's before we get to why, can you map, just that quick distinction you make in the first chapter, between the the way that the old testament sort of maps holy and profane verses,. pure and impure, and not all that is sinful.
