Is There a Gender Divide in Legislative Business?

There were more female entrepreneurs who became legislators because local legislators in China have to fulfill some kind of quota. When you look at the percentage of women legislators in China, it's actually at a higher percentage when you compare that with say the US Congress. But I would I have to say that primarily predominantly there are more men than women in both business sector and also in the government sector.
