Richard Bains, Managing Director - Chancerygate.

Chancerygate is a highly successful property developer, investor and asset manager specialising in the UK’s urban logistics and industrial warehousing sectors. They offer a full range of in-house services to manage the entire development process and asset manage funds.

Richard has over 30 years’ experience in the UK property sector and prior to joining Chancerygate, was head of the UK business at Rockspring (now Patrizia) and was specifically responsible for their UK focused, closed ended, value-add funds. He is a graduate of Reading University and started his career at Cluttons before moving to Baring Houston and Saunders, as well as CIT.
