Controlling Your Food Environment

If you walk into my kitchen, there's not like, cookies or soda, or really any kind of tempting food on the counter or visible anywhere. So controlling your food environment, i think, is really, really portant. Not only does it make it harder for you to deviate from a the foods that support you, but you actually won't even crave those foods. You won't want them as much because your brain not consciously understands that they aren't even available. And so that's one thing. Second thing i think is really helpful is just eating a simple whole food diet and avoiding refined flowers in general.
