The Importance of GPs in the NHS

I think it is shocking, but not surprising. Just rock bottom satisfaction with access to GPs and A&E waiting lists. I need to see a GP about something, but it's not an emergency. So I can't book on the day. When I look to try and book ahead, every single appointment for a month is booked. And that's ultimately the whole edifice of the NHS technically. Because whatever it is that we as a patient are worried about, you want to get it checked out because you don't know if it might be something more serious. Exactly.
