Neo Surveyor Budget - The Biggest Problem

There's lots of positive growth throughout the agency, good news for earth science as well. But let's talk about those downsides, because at least one of them is something we take pretty seriously. Neo surveyor does that as endorsed by national academies. It has been receiving strong support in both budgetary appropriations and in authorizations. This budget proposes a mere forty million, basically put the programme into a deep freeze and delaying its launch by at least two years.
