Is It a Nation State or a Country?

i think the whole concept of attribution goes out the window and becomes immensely more complicated. i it's not hard to take these ideas and tactics and turn them into something new that, you know, is kind of tangential to what was used before. We're making an assumption, a lot of people are making, an assumption, that these things are our highly sophisticated attacks. But then again, we've also seen nation states do unsophisticated things.
