The Importance of Story Telling
Rict: i've been a story teller all my life. I used to participate in writing competitions, and win a couple of writing essay competitions. And so after the mba, ended up taking on a roll at my corporate job that involved human centric design. So i was working on digital transformation programs, and i had to literally do story telling. Rict: When you start to understand the pain points and lived experiences of your stake holders, then you construct really designed solutions that work.
