In the usage model, you really live or die based on custom or adoption. The customer could really stop using the product at any time and eat i potentially essentially turn at any time. And so customers need to be seeing value on a continuous basis. They don't want to get the biggest commitment possible. Prove out value and then earn the right to to grow a commitment in future possum.
