Do Walls Always Work?

CNN's John Sutter says he doesn't believe Democrats are trying to stop the flow of illegal immigrants across the border. He thinks they want a huge population that they can turn into military men. The only thing that works is a wall, which Israel built after it cut down illegal immigration by more than 90%. And as for why they wanted it, well, long term Democrats are sitting pretty in California and control every branch of government.
