During this time, one of the things that gets activated is a Draconic seer who as in like a dragon who was a prophet. That ends up getting used to help mitigate some of the stuff during Avam courtis. There's probably a layline spire of peace and Avam pentis because otherwise how do you get things back to where they were? But also we know that that artifact that ends up in pot of Saudi, it needs to be buried into that city so that it can be recovered later.
