A year and a half after Russ Ferria was convicted, they all assembled before a different judge for the hearing. And after? The judge said Pam's manipulation of that insurance money was indeed significant new evidence. If jurors had heard that, they might have ruled differently. He overturned Russ's conviction and ordered a new trial.
