The Role of Codependency in Survivors of Narcissistic Abuse

Survivors of narcissistic abuse end up traumatized with their own mental health difficulties. The survivor does not recognize the subjugation, which is not mutually exclusive with codependency. What got someone to this place could have been poor boundaries or they ignored certain red flags but the narcissist is incredibly skilled.
