Cdif is an anerobic gram positive rod it's a common cause of infection in the hospital setting, especially following antibiotic osoyes. Flagel and vank animas can also be administered. Some recommend metroitusall for mild to moderate disease and to reserve vancmison for more severe disease. But really there's not enough evidence to suggest one over the other.
