Maine has not received a lot of investment over the last, let's say four or five decades. Is it like Connecticut? Is it like New Hampshire, Western Massachusetts,. Where it's basically received very little in terms of infrastructure investment and private business investment. Do you think Maine will be ever quite as bad as Connecticut? We're having this long drawn out to my eyes," he says.
