The energy minum aims to reduce the gap between rich and poor in India. The aim is for all Indians to consume 1,000 kilawat of electricity a year. Yashwant Sinha says it's not enough - everyone should be consuming more. He believes that an energy minum can help drive economic growth on a larger scale.
