Are Zenobots Going to Take Over the World?

So these cells must be running on stored power it's not like there's sugar in the water that they can eat. Normal embryos also run on stored power and so do zenobots but after about ten days they run out of juice. Now that they can reproduce are they going to take over the world? They're never had to do at all, nobody knows where does it come from because it's not directly in the genome.
