Most people tend to squat back too much, and they really get a really aggressive arch in their lower back. Ifi if i cee this idea of creating a flexion moment, big gulp of air, ribs down, and maintaining that rib down position, ah, that tends to be a safer way of squatting. And then the last one is just making sure at they're maintaining that brace throughout the descent out of the hole. So i would encourage people to experiment on their own with how far apart their feet are.
