Jane Austen's Persuasion
The novel was published in 1817. Pride and Prejudice first published in 1813. It is a real difference in kind of the maturity of Jane in her life. I think she could look back upon it with a little more humor maybe like that she had you know maybe when she wrote Pride andprejudice she was more in it or just more recently out of that stage of finding her husband.
