The Cost of Producing Wind Power at Three A.M.

The value of electricity differs considerably from three in the morning to five in the afternoon. The cost of producing that kilowatt hour is high, both in terms of resources and also in terms of the environmental level. But you're paying an average price at five p.m. is the exact opposite. And it might be both economically and environmentally beneficial to let supply vary, but then what does that mean? That means that if supply varying them what you need to varied demand to meet supply as opposed to varying supply to meet demand.
