"I've been taught a lot about the body, my training. I knew, i kind of knew some of that, but really very little am of use in this regard," she says. "And so i felt like i'd started to understand some of the theory about sort of what i was experiencing... But it that didn't, you know, that helps to a certain lible, but it doesn't really, it didn't help me know what to really do, kind of with myself."
