Being authentic sometimes means a fast track to being able to build up that trust. By doing that, we're then not stepping on people's toes. We're putting people first and empathising with how they feel. You've worked across all sorts of organisations, teaching leadership skills. Can you tell me just sort of broadly how you go about teaching these skills? Like what techniques do you use? I think it depends. Your approach changes depending on which lens you're looking through. For me, it always starts with the self.
