When the Facts Change

The late 80s and early 90s were disastrous for at least a quarter of a million people in our country. We now face a massive transition, one where there will be extreme events like cyclone, hail and cyclone Gabrielle. And none of our governments or councils have really adjusted to it. This week on When the Facts Change we take a step back and look at what it would take to make some just transitions.
