When we become aware, oftentimes because of our conditioning, we want to become the prosecutor of our own experience. And like you spoke to bring that self-compassion to yourself and that link, it's okay. You can hold yourself in a way that maybe your parents or your friends never did. In that place, we can then take that conscious responsibility of our experience and bring what's as young say, make the unconscious conscious.
