The Grim Reaper and the Death Guy

One of the people arrested, it's come out today, was a royal superfan who had turned up at 7 in the morning to sit and watch the parade. I cannot believe they made police wrong way or else did someone have a something wrong. It means London's a whole lot safe. Did anyone see the Grim Reaper guy? Yes. The Death Guy?
