Is There a Wealth Tax in the United States?

If you really wanted income equality, you'd have education equality. We do not have educational equality in this country. And giving people free community college does not make for education equality. In fact, it does nothing. It's two more years of high school,. Where if we had real education, real financial education ... then maybe we would have less income inequality.
