Is the Universe Expanding?
I've never heard that before. I can't quite get into my head what it would mean to not be expanding, but its shape is changing. The universe s only, at any instant, has a shape, and that shape is changing,. Can i describe the change of those shapes, as if the universe was following a geodesic as it's changing its sha? No. You need one more number. And that number is really what the cosmologists think of as the rate of expansion of the universe.
