Every interaction, i've tried to binary every interaction, i have with a company, or a person, or a meeting, or whatever should be, can be a net positive or net negative. There's no neutral. And so my job is to make it positive, and my job isto make it so that we're making the company better. I gea sactually great to spot. Tu t events, i would say, doctor, i didn't hear a lot of, wait, we have a culture drift,. It because deticulture was not really, it was not that bell. At some point we realized that it was an issue. We wrought down values and were like,
