How Do You Choose Between Applicants?

We have started doing panel interviews, where we have three to four ranch managers that are on the phone at the same time for the interview. And then, you know, we also ask a lot of character based in their behavior type interview questions. We're asking them to describe a time where they did something really well and a time when they messed it up. Those are really good questions that help pull out character out of skills, too.
