Do You Want a Higher Salary?

If you're asking for bigger money for a higher salary, you have to be specific. You cannot just show up in the office and say, hey, I think I deserve a bigger salary. If this was your employee, what would you do? What would you like your employee to do? And then go ahead and put your employee hat back on and do exactly what the business owner would like to see.
