Is There a Potential for Reuse of Old Data Centers in Real Estate?

An old digital realty data center is being transformed into a greenhouse to grow tomatoes. Do these old data centers remain in demand? Or are they falling out of use as they just get aged out and other and bigger, better boxes are built? I think there's a potential for reuse of older data centers in in alternative real estate forms, like you mentioned. But often the least rates and the, let's say, per square foot values for the type of data center real estate that they attract are quite high.
