i think it's a terrible strategy for the average person to pick up a sport with the intent of losing body fat or and o building mues, which happens a lot. If you're picking up a sport, your intent should be to get good at that sport. i also lieke, theotherthing that makes me really passionate about that too, is that, you know, if I've had the opportunity to be around a lot of professional athletes, and they are not a the a shining example of health. Many of them have drug habits, abuse, other things they'r like, and again, adding to the repetive things.
