After November 9th, the entire housing market dynamic change. The forward looking builders confidence index started to improve then. A lot of people just assume that the new home sales market would keep on tanking because cancellation rates were high wall. If they keep on going, you're going to get permits up and permits is a leading indicator for the economy.
