i burned out from like mike for managing people, doing the wonderlous ai was completely obsessed. i think most founders have this insane challenge of doing most of the work themselves in the early days and growing into a sea o that just manages people. We can't really micro manage people. If we want to make everyone a keep everyone excited and mission driven, we have to just provide a lot of freedom internally. And we also hired a lot of senior folks who have been a part of other start ups, failed start ups, successful start ups, venture firms,. I think that really helps em to create a very mature company culture.
