In hindsight, did that change any of your framing around how you make bets in the company? Maybe the process with which you make a bet. I think we fail is because we have not understood the customer problem deeply and allowed them to guide us toward the problems that they need us to solve. That should be about 75% of an enterprise software company's execution. The other 25% can be these bets where they may not be telling you that they need something, but you have a view of the world. And so on that 25% that are, let's call it, the vision for the future bets, it still has to be driven by this framework.
