The Demograph of People Has Changed Over the Last 20 Years
The demograph of people or homeless has changed over the last 20 years. Now it's mainly children are the big number of homeless. So that lack of empathy, I think, stemmed from a time where homeless people were predominantly seen as a day. We always have that phrase in order that the poor are given guilty of poverty. And so if you want to condemn someone from being homeless, you could create that social construct of saying that there was a flaw. They had done this to themselves.
