It's a complicated question and a lot depends on how the crypto industry would respond to that state of affairs. A lot of times like industry will say, oh, if you make this sort of designation or institute this rule, like our whole industry will collapse. And it's also certainly the case that the crypto industry has done a pretty good job kind of destroying itself over the last year without any of those rules existing. The amount of surface area to build on just got way, way smaller.
