How to Prioritize and Value-Scoping a Project

Ben: I'm actually working on a project at Databricks. It's not cool enough where I can't say all the details, so we should be able to look in or behind the curtain and see what's going on. So this is something that I have been struggling with for my entire career - prioritizing and value-scoping a given project. The first step in this process is you go and look to minimize the search space. Ben: We have a sequential search algorithm that goes, spins up a given compute resource, does load testing against that provisioned resource, and then deletes it and then iterates on to the next step.
