The Role of Troponin in Regional RV Dysfunction
The RV does get involved in 10 to 30% of the time. It almost guarantees that this isn't due to an underlying coronary pattern because the RV is perfused by the RCA. So it's more diagnostic than just the RV. The RV goes down in, as you know, inferior infarx,. They're the ones that drive you crazy because they have the RV involvement.
