I've had athletes that are at two minutes 100 when I start working with them. A talented female athlete got down to as fast as for like a 15 or 2100 set she was holding about 117 118 per 100 very good. In jet in general I would say that this approach is more successful with more people than I've ever seen and look everyone's gonna get better.
