If you want to transform the mind, you have to set in motion a set of causes. What are the problems in the mind and the body? Restlessness is a problem. So focus meditation will be the practice. Impurities, a cloud of desires in the mindad are a problem. They have to be set right. This transformation is going on slowly. At one point, why is this necessary? Without this transformation, that enlightenment, break through will not come. It simply not come. Either one will not take it seriously. Or you take it seriously but you're not interested.
