The Role of Shame in Morality and Identity
Shame is the fear, the pain, or simply a state of being devalued according to some standard of worth. To have a sense of shame is having sensitivity to other people's opinions which is good because if I don't care what my wife thinks that's not so good. sacred shame is simply our shame before God. How does God see us and what is our sense of shame in relation to him? And I actually unpack all this in an article I wrote, except we goes back called half theologians, no sense of shame.
