The opening up of conscious, like deliberate voluntary awareness at every in. The more I concentrate to cause to concentrate, then I have to relax and then I feel my body responding. It's this real time bio feedback and we're feeling. We learn to influence it a little bit. We're influencing we're becoming more aware of our emotional state. And so for me, that's why I have had to balance out the yogic practice of doing all the things that I'm just describing. Cause you know, doing that stuff is one thing but then going beyond that is another whole different thing.
