Michele Tisdall: Don't compare yourself to other people, basicly. That's the moral story. But mike, yep, yep. Ah. The other thing with expectations here, though, is that, a you are not what you do. So decoupling your identity from the things that you do, i feel, can go a long way towards managing the disappointment that can come with expectations.
