I think timers are a complex conversation. A lot of people we talk about the idea of, you know, having timers and whether there's too many timers in their lives. It reminds me of waiting for microwave popcorn. I mean, this is a human trait, but particularly with ADHD, we're like waiting for like Wednesday afternoon, when so it's coming. So what would you say to other people who are listening to this the he-bar routines and then he about starting a long project? How do you manage that?
