The theme this month at better help is taking care of your brain. Ave started going to support groups specifically for my love adiction. In the early stages of recovery, i'm faced with an aloneness that i have never entertained before. I feel a calling, a deep need to disappear for a while into the chasm that lives inside me. But i'm only edging in so far, like getting used to a cold pool before diving in. It seems like before me as the gaping mouth of a cave. As i stand at the entrance, all i can see in front of me is pure pitch black. And i know that i have to inch in to slowly test the floor
