The most glycine rich food on the planet is gelatin and so that's when we need to talk a little more about now gelatin or it's more refined form hydrolyzed collagen. Of crustaceans or crab you would need to eat something on the order of a half pound of seaweed or two or three ounces of dried spirulina or blue green algae but again if that's your thing go for it those are great glycine sources for vegans. Eating jello is a great source of glycine but you need to eat a heck of a lot of sugary jello to get your daily serving of glycine.
